Once your custom-printed order is placed, it immediately goes into a queue. While the majority of our orders will print and ship within 28 hours, an order may occasionally take up to 1-2 business days. Payment must be sent and cleared before shipment being release.d. If your order has not shipped after 3 business days (Monday through Friday), please contact our support heroes, and we'll be happy to assist!
Shipment will takes 3-4 delivery times.
All shipping time only in active business day. We are not ship on Holiday.
We are not ship to PO Box address.
Of course, if you feel like your order is taking longer than it should please contact our support heroes and they will get right onto working with you to find a solution.
How much is shipping and delivery?
You can find this out after you have placed your items in the shopping cart and proceeded to the cart page.
While visiting your cart, you'll be able to view an estimated shipping cost for the chosen items before heading to the checkout to place an order. From there, once you've provided the delivery address and chosen a shipping method the final costs will be calculated and shown on screen. Easy!
You don't need to complete the order just yet, as there are still a few more details that need to be entered before the order is finalized so this is when you can fill those out.
Who will deliver my order?
We rely on a network of external shipping partners around the world including the long-haul capabilities of UPS, FedEx, DHL, as well as the distribution expertise of local postal services including USPS to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible.
For this reason, tracking is not always available.
If your order is being sent by a trackable service, these details will be included on the shipping email we send you, and also on your orders page.
How Will My Order Be Packaged?
Your order will packaged well and safety. Insurance are included on the packaged shipment to protect all problem.
What About Customs
As customs rules in various countries can frequently change, this can cause delays, and at times additional charges imposed by the receiving country. While we take all reasonable steps to comply with general world shipping standards, PT HANDI UTAMA may not know the details of additional customs taxes or duties, or if any specific item was prohibited or confiscated by the receiving country.
It is recommended that you investigate the relevant local laws in your country.
